Although I haven't posted regularly anyways, and you probably won't notice that I'm gone, but I wanted to let my dear readers know: I'm heading to Australia, therefore no updates in the next two weeks for sure.

One of the buildings at San Francisco City College, Ocean Campus. I was impressed by these clouds piling up. It's been raining a lot recently.

Victorian style house

Picture of the house from my Halloween doorway picture. Someone asked to see the photo of the entire house. And there's another Victorian house right next to it, so I got two at the same time.

I hope it's a lucky pig. In Germany it's a custom to give lucky charms as a present on New Year's Day. A lucky pig is such a lucky charm and is meant to bring good luck to the new owner in the new year. The meaning goes back to the Germanic tribes where the boar was standing for fertility, prosperity and wealth. Today it mainly means luck for everything.
