I wonder who's able to push this thing around? This kind of shopping carts loaded with plastic bags are usually used by homeless people to carry their stuff stowed away in plastic bags with them. However this one was just sitting there on the sidewalk, abandoned by it's owner.
Maybe the owner is underneath all those bags? lol, an amazing trolley of goods. Love this type of pic, thanks for sharing.
